Hyatt Hygiene Assistant Manager - Grand Hyatt Shenzhen in SHENZHEN, China

Description:
1. Assist the Executive chef in implementing and manging the overall Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point- HACCP) as an efficient, productive cost and service center ensuring a smouth operation.

2. The hygien Officer should have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basis reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies. 3. To assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.

Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality hygiene management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Hygien Officer in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Should communicate fluently in english and conversing ability in local language is a plus.
