Goal of the Information Technology Manager : Responsible for providing technical support to hotel associates, management, and guests to enable them to utilize Hyatt technology to achieve business goals.
Primary responsibilities may include: Installs, maintains, and upgrades hotel IT hardware and software in accordance with Hyatt standards. Using defined processes, procedures, and protocols, the role employs measures to ensure the security, structure, and integrity of the hotel networks and systems. This role is also responsible for managing the hotel's network infrastructure and optimizing its performance. In addition, the role executes required IT maintenance and upgrades with minimal disruption to hotel operations, and maintains proper backups for supported systems. This role focuses on the day-to-day availability and functionality of IT systems in the hotel and resolves standard user issues.
