Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of F&B, including Events, Aria Restaurant, Gentleman & Scholar and Room Service. You will ensure each outlet operates successfully, as individual profit centres, in line with hotel standards. This hands-on role provides the perfect opportunity for an inquisitive, passionate and customer focused professional to set clear strategies and goals to enhance our colleagues and guest experiences, and at the same time maximising revenues and controlling costs.
You will have already be an F&B Manager / Director (or similar role), or looking for your first challenge of managing your own F&B department.
You will be:
- a highly organised, self-motivated individual,

- able to train, mentor and develop your team to provide quality customer service;
- able to manage a multi-national group of colleagues;
- an excellent communicator, with both written and verbal skills at all levels;
- someone who prides themselves on having a strong attention to detail;
- experienced in effective rostering to meet business requirements and ensure efficient productivity levels; and
