Hyatt Field Marketing Summer Project Assistant in CHICAGO, Illinois


Position Description

Under general guidance, this person will be responsible for providing a variety of marketing assistance in the form of, but not limited to, developing communication channels, managing field/brand requests, planning team meetings and events, compiling and analyzing basic property information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials and helping the department project manage test campaigns and creative assignments.

Event planning, activation, follow up survey/reports Facilitate brand communication requests Create and maintain online documents for activity/partner, priority lists, openings Manage creative requests for HHiF, Resort Alliance, Digital Advisory Board Assist with organizing destination marketing tests Work on Hyatt Connect global downsizing project with corporate team Maintain MM/DOSM On-Boarding deck with updated brand and HQ processes Answer FM ServiceNow requests Record/produce Webinars Drive LMPT digital plan tool evolution to reflect SRP tracker

Field Communication

  • Create a distribution list of MM/DOSM’s by region

  • Weekly wins/priorities

  • Monthly recap of all piece-meal updates/changes RDFM’s receive on a weekly basis

  • eSummary monthly rejection communication

  • Trends and inspiration monthly articles
