We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer (Training) who is passionate about people and their development. This role would have you equipping our associates with the Hyatt Values and Culture. You would also be responsible of maintaining and strengthening the relationship with HRDF and Local Academic Institutions.

* Human Resources, Hotel Management/Tourism, Business Administration or Marketing degree or diploma preferred * 2 years or more of work experience * Effective Training Skills * Effective communication (verbal, listening, writing) and negotiation skills
* Strong customer development and relationship management skills * Strong organization skills * Ability to use Microsoft Office software applications and hotel system applications * Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate Please note that this is a local packaged position and we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified
