Hyatt Team Leader – Concierge in KUANTAN, Malaysia

Concierge associates are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed restaurant / excursions reservation or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management * Minimum 2 year of work experience in Concierge / Front Desk operations * Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * *Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only.
