This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the Pool Bar areas, which includes product quality and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
