Hyatt Productivity Manager in SEOUL, South Korea
The Productivity Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining the labor strategy of the hotel in conjunction with the Leadership Committee and GM in order to optimize productivity and labor.
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Statistics or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Payroll Analysis, or Scheduling management in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Must be able to read, write and speak Korean and English.
