Hyatt Guest Service Officer in France

Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Required diplomas: Tourism, Hotel management diplomas. Experience required : 1 year experience in luxury hotels. Langage: French, english mandatory. The knowledge of Fidelio/Opera softwares is a plus.
